I believe in a balanced approach to health and fitness because it is sustainable long-term. Quick fixes may deliver short-lived results, but true transformation requires a fundamental shift in mindset. Lasting physical change does not come from extreme dieting, overtraining, or temporary motivation — it comes from building habits that are realistic, repeatable, and aligned with a healthy lifestyle.

Developing a strong and resilient mindset is the foundation for achieving your goals because it shapes your daily decisions. Your mindset determines how you respond to setbacks, how consistent you remain when motivation fades, and how committed you are to the process. EXPERIENCE

Currently working abroad on and off as a stewardess/personal trainer onboard superyachts traveling the world.

In-between working abroad and being home, I run my bootcamp called ‘Get Fit Bootcamp’ for the ladies that want to join for a month or so depending on how long I am home for. I also run online classes and currently working with an exciting brand where I will be showcasing all my live workouts where anyone can subscribe through me and follow my workouts anywhere and anytime. 

I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, including working as a Personal Trainer at BUC Fitness Club, running my own Get Fit Bootcamp, and providing private one-on-one and in-home training.

For the past seven years, I have trained crew, guests, and yacht owners onboard superyachts in demanding, high-performance environments.

I am the founder of SeaFit, a fitness eBook created for yacht crew, and I continue to develop structured online training programmes for clients worldwide.
